Let’s start in the kitchen? Which meal would you like to make that you always wanted to but never found the time? Get those ingredients and have at it.

Do you like the way you dress? Invest in the closet you always wanted. Purchase one item here and another item there (so many of the hottest looks are found thrifting, FYI)!

Physical Activities (you must explore): Try different things this year and see if it is a yay or nay.

You decide what you need to do. Life has a lot to do with growth. We are constantly discovering what we do and do not like and what we will and will not try.

I challenge you this year to discover something new about yourself in a physical way. How do you stay fit? How do you stay active?

Do you have a friends group? Do you hang out minimally on a monthly basis? We must be here for each other because you never know what someone is dealing with. START A GAME NIGHT WITH A GROUP OF FRIENDS. We need to get back to the days you bake a cake and take it over to your neighbor’s house or swap recipes with a friend on the regular.

Community is so important. I must mention Jamie Foxx and his heroism. He was selfless, putting himself in harm’s way to see to it that someone else’s life was safe. His actions had a meeting with the heart.

Go be great and do great things. You are one of a kind and yes you make a difference when you arrive on any scene, there is no one like you. Your bravery is a force to be reckoned with. Pray for me as I pray for you. Spread Love at all times you never know who needs it!
